Century Homes typically has pre-owned homes available. Some can be sold as is, many are refurbished by our experienced crew. Many times if you like a home we have you may even pick out finishes, customize to your like.

A typical home that we have refurbished as needed likely may include new shingles, new siding, new windows, and interior may include new flooring, new paint, repairs as needed. Each home will be delivered and set at your location.
